This week (8 – 14 May) is Mental Health Awareness Week. Over the week we’ll be sharing the experiences of our team members, individuals involved in our initiatives and partners. Their inspiring stories show how being active – whatever form that takes – can help improve or maintain mental health. In line with the strapline for the official week, it helps them ‘thrive’ rather than just ‘survive’.
